A 36-hole golf facility that features the par 71 Pine to Palm Course and the par 64 Lakeview Golf Course, the Detroit Country Club is located five miles south of Detroit Lakes on Hwy. 59 in the beautiful north central lake region of Minnesota. Open to the public, these two courses are bordered on the north by Lake Sallie and on the south by Lake Melissa.
On the Pine to Palm side, a new clubhouse was completed in 1995 and offer the golfers and the general public all the conveniences—from breakfast, lunch, fine dining, to facilities for reunions and receptions. Locker rooms and showers are also available on the lower level.

Pine to Palm Course
Completed in 1916, the Pine to Palm Course is one of Minnesota’s finest resort area layouts. The rolling terrain and trees which line each fairway make the Pine to Palm Course (par is 36-35-71) a challenging test of golf. Course record is 60 set in 2006. One of Minnesota’s three “resort circuit” golf tournaments – The Pine to Palm – is played at Detroit Lakes each August and attracts an excellent field of about 500 golfers.
Lakeview Course
A unique 18 hole course that was opened in 1980, the Lakeview Course plays to par of 31-33-64, with nine par three holes, eight par four holes, and a closing par five. The picturesque course features large greens, with traps bordering all 18 holes. The golfer is offered some spectacular views. While the yardage may appear to be short the course is deceptively difficult. Course record is 57, set in 1999. A clubhouse, driving range, practice area and green are all part of the Lakeview Golf Course Complex.
